The monkii Elders are still debating the meaning of what Mr. Muir said about 100 years ago. Although we can never be 100% certain, we believe that John was saying that the wilderness has answers. These answers will be different for each monkii and that is part of the beauty. What's challenging is getting out there. Make it a priority and trust that you will benefit from the experience. If you need some ideas, let us know.

This is an excellent workout to do with an 'overhead setup'. Find that perfect branch or see what your local park has to offer. Heck, maybe you have some open rafters in the garage. Enjoy and let us know how it goes!
