from 1031 reviewsCan really feel the muscles in my butt and legs being worked! I’m doing it every other day and am up to 3 miles a hike as of today.

I’ve been wearing an 11-lb weighted vest for several years on a daily 5K walk in my suburban neighborhood, which is slightly hilly, and occasionally in the nearby county park trails. I knew it was time to level up so I went into the market for a Ruck. An elite athlete whom I admire was raving about the Wild Gym ruck on Instagram and I reached out to learn more from her. Her opinion was all I needed and I went all in on the 20-lb Feather Ruck Bundle. It took a couple of days to get used to the new weight and to adjust to the more technical aspects of the gear, ie, straps, buckles, water, and phone accessories, but once I did, I was literally up and running…well, mostly walking, but I do plan to run in it and compete in Spartan DEKA Ruck events next year. I love my Ruck and highly recommend it!

We are around 60 and 70 and work hard to be fit. We hike but sometimes the timing isn't right or the weather too bad for a real mountain. A ruckng pack with the right weight can tranform a stroll over easy hills into real exercise. It's a real value add.

I think everyone should get the hip belt. It really helps relieve pressure on your shoulders. I always keep it attached to the ruck and I alternate between wearing it and not wearing it, especially with lighter loads. It's high quality with nice padding and a small pouch to keep small items like keys or a garage door opener. I buy 32" waist pants and would recommend the S/M size if you are anywhere near 32" (both sizes fit either size ruck). The excess straps tuck nicely into the belt, but a minor drawback is that if you want to readjust the sizing, you have to untuck the straps, adjust the sizing, then re-tuck them.

Chose this ruck after reading reviews and it being perfect for my needs. Love all the pockets for its size as well as the hip belt. So far, after 3 rucks, it's great. I love the well thought out features and the comfort. The only thing you want to Be mindful of is not all of the branded ruck weight plates fit in the pocket so just size your purchases accordingly.

Love the slim design that does not over power my petite build. So having the ability to carry 20 pounds while not looking like I am overloaded is great!

Great customer service and a product I love to reach for time and time again!

Great ruck for women. Very comfortable! Made very well to perform for years of hiking.

I am relatively new to rucking. Started in January of 2025. I ruck about 3 to 4 days a week. I am a 60 year old male that exercises regularly. I have been using a conventional ruck that is perfectly fine. Well constructed and sleek profile, which I like. However, I did not feel like the weight distribution was as efficient as I would have liked. Too much of the weight in my shoulder area. I have purchased the Feather Ruck and am very pleased with the product! The most important feature for me is the lower hip strap that puts more of the weight of the ruck on my hips and lower area. It still maintains a relatively low profile with quality construction, along with the ability to add more weight as my stamina improves. It is an excellent enhancement over my prior ruck!

Rucking back pack is amazing , I’m so happy I found wild gym . I’m up to 30 lb and 3 miles a day . I love it. But I’m enjoying rucking because of the wild gym experience

By far the most comfortable pack or ruck I've ever worn. Very well designed, the quality shows all the way through the ruck.

These straps are soft and super flexible. They slide easily thru a carabiner and have attachment points everywhere. You can even attach exercise handles to one and have another "pocket monkii". At the current sale price the strap and 2 carabiners are a steal.

While I am technically “new” to rucking, I’ve trained a lot with a weighted vest. I quickly grew to love the ruck instead of the vests. It is more comfortable and adds way more flexibility for workouts. Plus, it’s a sweet bag for traveling!

I am happy with the fit and adjustability that is provided with this ruck. I have gone on a few hikes, walks as well as basic Calisthenics in the short two weeks having received it. It is easy to make adjustments and the videos they provide on their site are easy to follow.
