Refund policy

*Note that the procedure for returns and exchanges has changed. Please read all instructions fully to avoid a reduction in your refund*

If you are having fit problems, please reach out as often these can be resolved without needing to return/exchange.

Open-box items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

The warranty only applies to items purchased directly from us. It does not apply to second-hand purchases such as in Ebay or FB Marketplace.

30-Day Return Policy
Whether you’re shopping from home or from the trail, relax with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 100% Wild Guarantee. This 30-Day Guarantee gives you plenty of time to test out your new gear and ensure it fits and functions to your expectations. 

If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, it can be returned for a full product refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For the holiday season, any order made after November 1 will have the return period extended to January 1.

If all conditions listed below are not followed, your refund may be delayed or significantly reduced.

Return and exchange instructions
1. All products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with their original tags attached and in the original packaging, including plastic bags. You can, but do not have to, use the original shipping box.

2. An RMA is required and the number must be written on the box. Please contact us via store chat or at info@wildgym.com to get an RMA number and the return address.

3. Our returns center requires the tracking information to accurately track and process refunds. Once you have the tracking number, please chat or email it to us

4. We do not cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping costs. You may use any carrier that you prefer as long as you send us the tracking. 

5. Exchanges, such as for another size/color, will be processed as a store credit for the order/product amount (not including shipping).

6. We do not price match previous sales for returns or exchanges. For example, if an item had free shipping during a sale and you exchange it for another size, you may have to pay the shipping for the exchange order if the sale has ended. 

7. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund and you will receive an email. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
