What You Need to Know Before You Start
Let's get you setup for success
What equipment do I need?
Minimalist - just a Ruck and Weight plate.
Bone Strong - Most Workouts can be completed with a Ruck and Weight plate. A set of Dumbbells, a Kettlebell, Suspension Trainer, and Pullup bar are nice to have, but not necessary.
Modern Wildman - A set of Dumbbells, a Kettlebell, Suspension Trainer, Pullup bar is all you need. We will explore workouts with Sandbags, Barbells, and other basic equipment as well, but there will be easy ways to substitute any equipment you don't have access to.
Is there a daily workout calendar or do I choose what to do?
There is a daily workout plan built for you.
You’ll see the 3 Tracks on the app and you can easily switch between Tracks based on the season of life you're in.
How many days per week are the workouts?
We program workouts 6 days per week, but you could combine them into 3-4 training days if you have longer time blocks.
For example, a 30 minute Ruck could be combined with a Strength + Mobility session for a 60-minute total workout.
How does the “3 Roam Workouts, 3 Strength Workouts, 3 Mobility Sessions” work?
This is the foundation of each week.
The goal is to build well-rounded fitness that is adventure-ready with strength that lasats for decades.
What about the “300 Workouts per year”?
This is your meta-challenge.
We count the # of days you workout.
So 3 workouts in a day would count as "one day".
The idea is to build consistency and emphasize that something is better than nothing.
What counts as a workout?
> 10 reps or 10-minutes.
Is Wild Gym for Men or Women?
In short - both.
The Minimalist Track is great for beginners and people with minimal equipment.
The Bone Strong Track is designed for people specifically in training to build bone density.
The Modern Wildman Track is focused on build strength and capacity for decades.

Impact is what makes you stronger. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
We use a "Minimum Effective Dose" to safely build strength that lasts for decades.
Being outdoors and belonging to a community are two of the most important aspects of longevity and are what Wild Gym is built upon.
What if I miss a workout?
We get that life happens.
You can always go back and "make up" workouts using the calendar feature. Or, simply skip that day to stay with the group.
Make it a goal to never miss 2 days in row.
