Ruck100 Program Overview:

  • The Ruck100 Program is a 20 week program with 5 Workouts each week.
  • Each workout will combine Rucking along with additional resistance exercises using your Ruck Pack and bodyweight exercises.
  • Most workouts take around 60 minutes to complete and allow you do combine strength, core, and cardio into one workout.

 

Mobility100 Program Overview:

  • You will progress 14 individual Mobility and Flexibility sessions over the course of 15 weeks meaning at the end of the program you will have completed 100 Mobility and Flexibility workouts.
  • Each day includes both a Mobility and Flexibility session.
  • Combined - these will take 10-20 minutes per day.

19 days in...almost perfect!

I have very much enjoyed the Ruck100 and Mobility100 programs thus far. The Ruck100 asks that you do the ruck exercises at least three times a week and the mobility/stretch exercises with no more than two days break in-between. This program has been so flexible that I can complete both programs as well as enjoy attending my martial arts class 3x a week and not feel like im overworking my body.

I wish the FITR app (app used to complete the programs was just as flexible, but doesn't seem to be, so every morning I have to reset which day I'm on as I don't do them every single day. I'm going to count that as a FITR app problem...and perhaps I just haven't spent enough time in the app.

The only other thing worth noting is that the Mobility100 program takes longer than I initially anticipated. Especially regarding learning the syretches and movements that I was very unfamiliar with. I wouldn't say that is the only drawback. Steep initial learning curve that I hadn't anticipated making the sessions MUCH longer than I planned initially.

A truly excellent program however. I highly recommend and reccomend using together.

Solid pack and has met my expectations. Takes sometime to adjust to the proper set up but worth it. I use it for both cardio and strength training.
