HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and follow the Daily Plan
Ruck, Strength, Mobility - all three in a simple layout.
Most workouts take 30 minutes or less to complete and require minimal equipment.

2. Complete the Monthly Goal
Your goal each month:
- 12 Roam Workouts
- 12 Strength Workouts
- 12 Mobility Sessions
The app tracks your progress automatically.

3. Do the Monthly Misogi Challenge
One epic workout challenge each month that builds confidence and toughness.

4. Test your Fitness Vital Signs
We will test one Fitness Vital Sign (FVS) per month.
One simple fitness test so you can measure progress.

5. Anti-Fragility Bonus Challenge
Each month will have an ANTI-FRAGILITY Bonus Challenge.
These are daily/weekly micro-challenges meant to expose you to the outdoors and micro-doses of discomfort.
They are short, but will make you feel ALIVE.

When does it start?

Going forward - New challenges will launch on the 1st of every month.
Is there a nutrition plan?
Yes! You can download the Wild Gym Philosophy of Food here.
What equipment do I need?
Workouts can be completed with a Ruck and Weight plate. A set of Dumbbells, a Kettlebell, Suspension Trainer, and Pullup bar are nice to have, but not necessary.
Is there a daily workout calendar or do I choose what to do?
There is a daily workout plan built for you.
You’ll see Ruck / Strength / Mobility in one simple place.
How does the “12 Outdoor Workouts, 12 Strength Workouts, 12 Mobility Sessions” work?
This is your monthly goal.
The app tracks your progress automatically.
What about the “300 Workouts per year”?
This is your meta-challenge.
Every workout you complete (in the app OR outside) counts toward your 300.
You can easily add workouts manually.
How do I access the Wild Gym Challenge League, Daily Workouts, etc?
Everything will be hosted on the newly updated Wild Gym APP.
I'm new to fitness and Rucking - is this for me?
Yes! Our programming and challenges are scalable to beginners and more advanced athletes.
