Wide Fold - 1 minute
Take a wide stance with your toes pointed forward.
Fold forward at the waist and work to touch your hands on the floor. Use a prop (pillow, box, book, etc.) if needed..
Find a mild stretch position. Work in the 4-6 range. 1 being no stretch felt and 10 being an extreme, painful stretch.
Wide Fold Twist - 1 minute
Take a wide stance with your toes pointed forward.
Fold at the waist and place both hands on the floor or on a prop.
Keep you back extended. Leave one hand on the floor/prop while you twist and reach the other hand to the sky.
Focus on rotating from your upper (thoracic) spine.
