You'll invest $100 in yourself while also getting outside and moving.
We get that epic wind, snow, rain, and other forces of nature can interfere with getting outside. We encourage to really make a solid effort to get out but on those days when it doesn't work - we can still do our calls inside our home. However, we encourage you to remain active in whatever form you can. Stationary bike, treadmills, walking up and down stairs, stretching, light exercise and more are all great ways to stay in motion.
